Sodium Bicarbonate Powder (99%).
Increases the alkalinity of water. Alkalinity, along with pH, hardness and temperature are required to be balanced in order to prevent corrosion, scale formation or skin irritation. Well controlled alkalinity is also sometimes referred to as pH buffer as it reduces the rapid fluctuation of pH levels.
Dosage: 11g per 1000 litres of water for an alkalinity increase of 10mg/litre. Tip the required amount straight into the pool/skimmer with the filter pump running. Results can be seen from testing after 8 hours (leave the filter pump running).
Clean up any spilt product by sweeping up and disposing of or washing away with plenty of water.
